From DAY ONE, I've been opposed to the government take over of health care. In fact, when this bill came before me in committee I voted NO. I am working hard on proposals that reduce costs by reining in junk lawsuits, costing families millions in higher premiums each year, and weeding out waste, fraud and abuse in the system. Our plan also lets small businesses purchase health insurance for employees at lower costs, and offers affordable choices for those who are uninsured. We must stop this government take over of health care.
